Edomit Hotel

The Edomit Hotel was established in 1983. It has been recently completely renovated. It is well managed with consistently good cuisine. It occupies one of the best central positions in Eilat -opposite the main beach, shopping and entertainment areas and is popular with Israeli and overseas visitors alike.

The Edomit is known for its friendly service, large comfortable rooms and pleasant ambiance. The Hotel offers everything a holidaymaker or businessman could want including excellent dining facilities, lounge bar with nightly live music and a swimming pool that is heated in winter. In summer, there are weekly barbecues around the pool lawn. Edomit's 85 large airy rooms are all equipped with a minibar, direct dial telephone, radio, color TV, and bathroom. The hotel is close to the Eilat's seafront shopping mall and is only a 5 minute walk from the main commercial centers, the beach and north shore promenade.

Rooms are large and comfortable. All have a double bed, couch-sleeper, telephone, radio, color TV, minibar, vanity desk, bathroom, lounge chairs and table. Large panoramic windows in the north and south look out over the city while eastwards there is a fine vista of the beach and Gulf of Aquaba.

Room service is available for most of the day from the hotel's excellent kitchen.

The Edomit Pool, with its shady lawn and snack bar is a laid back place to relax in the sun - great for a family with children, perfect for catching up on that Red Sea suntan.

On weekend summer evenings there are excellent poolside barbecues which should not be missed.
